Actually these two methods are waste of time and effort, it is difficult to achieve the ideal clarity of jelly, because CMC powder has a strong hygroscopicity,
CMC molecule quickly swells when touching the water as soon as possible, then making a strong adhesion. They adhere to the powder in the absence of timely water around the formation of dry the wet particles outside, it is difficult to evenly dispersed, the test, needs rapid mixing for a long time in order to make the formation of particles fully dispersed. The viscosity of the solution is also weakened with the long-term rapidly mixing, its help-hanging and thickening effect are also significantly reduced.
CMC rapid-dissolving method
1) put the instant CMC into the water, which will rapidly spread, not clustering, and within a few minutes(5-10 minuters) completely dissolved in water;
2) the viscosity of the CMC solution formed at this time does not reach the actual viscosity effect, the solution was thin;
3) After 20-30 minutes of sufficient dissolution, CMC viscosity will achieve the actual effect.
